1. Processing & Consecration Time
Because every NakshatraVeda bracelet, mala, and yantra undergoes traditional cleansing on Moroccan Selenite slabs and individual mantra energisation, please allow 24 to 48 business hours for preparation prior to courier handover. Customised pieces requiring bespoke wrist measurements may require up to 72 hours.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery Threshold
We offer Free Express Insured Shipping on all domestic orders valued above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal standard packaging and air-courier fee of ₹99 is applicable at checkout.
3. Transit Timelines
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
- Tier II & Tier III Cities: 3 to 6 business days post-dispatch.
- North-East & Remote Himalayan Regions: 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
4. Insured Packaging Standards
Every item is secured in velvet-lined keepsake jewellery boxes, enclosed in tamper-evident bubble pouches, and sealed with security tape. Shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
5. Live Order Tracking
Upon handover to our express courier partner (BlueDart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees), an SMS and email notification containing your unique Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number is automatically dispatched. You can track your order status in real time via our Track Sacred Order page.
