1. Gemstone & Crystal Authenticity
Are your crystal bracelets made from genuine natural stones?
Yes, unconditionally. Every gemstone bead is cut and polished from genuine earth-mined minerals. We do not sell synthetic plastic, reconstituted powder, or dye-treated glass beads. Each piece comes with a NakshatraVeda Authenticity Certificate.
What does "Vedic Consecration" mean?
Before leaving our atelier, each item is gently washed with pure Gangajal, rested on natural Moroccan Selenite charging slabs, and consecrated through traditional Vedic Beej Mantras recited during auspicious celestial hours.
Can anyone wear a crystal bracelet, or must it match my horoscope?
While Zodiac Bracelets are specifically formulated for respective Janma Rashis, general healing crystals (such as Rose Quartz for heart harmony, Amethyst for calmness, or Clear Quartz for clarity) can be worn by anyone according to their personal intention.

Where do your Rudraksha beads originate?
Our 1 to 9 Mukhi Rudrakshas and 108-bead Japa Malas are sourced directly from high-altitude trees in Nepal. Nepali beads are celebrated in shastras for their deep clefts, natural thorns, dense specific gravity, and structural resilience.
How should I care for my Rudraksha Mala?
Clean your mala periodically with a soft brush and pure mustard or sandalwood oil. Avoid chemical soaps, shampoos, and chlorine water to preserve the natural organic integrity of the seed.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and consecrated within 24-48 business hours. Deliveries across metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai) typically arrive in 2-4 business days. Regional destinations take 4-6 business days via insured express couriers.
Do you support Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across eligible pin codes in India for all ready-to-ship jewellery and Vastu items.
