1. Sacred Purity & Exchange Guidelines

Because every NakshatraVeda crystal bracelet, Rudraksha mala, and spiritual idol undergoes Vedic Prana Pratishtha and personal sanctification, products that have been unsealed, worn, or used in personal worship cannot be returned for arbitrary reasons to uphold energetic sanctity for all patrons.

2. Transit Damage & Defect Replacements (7-Day Guarantee)

If your package arrives in a damaged condition, if a bead is cracked during transit, or if an incorrect specification was delivered:

• Contact our concierge within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Provide clear photographs or an unboxing video of the parcel and defective item.
• We will arrange a free reverse pickup and immediately dispatch a freshly consecrated replacement piece at zero additional charge.

3. Natural Gemstone Characteristics

Please note that 100% natural, earth-mined gemstones inherently feature micro-fractures, subtle mineral veining, color gradients, and internal inclusions. These are natural hallmarks of authentic mineral provenance and are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. Refund Method & Timelines

If an eligible return is approved and a replacement is unavailable, refunds are processed back to the original source of payment (UPI, Card, NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are credited directly to your verified bank account via IMPS/NEFT.
