Birth details (date, exact time, and geographic coordinates of birth) and palm photographs submitted for Janam Kundali or palmistry consultations are utilized exclusively by our internal astrologers to compute planetary ephemeris charts. All astrological files are stored securely under 256-bit encryption.

3. Payment Processing & Security

All online payments (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, NetBanking) are routed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified Indian payment gateways (such as Razorpay). NakshatraVeda does not store or process complete card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials on our web servers.
